This heavy-weight mixed media paper is available in warm tan, cool gray and steel blue and is toned specifically for use with light and dark media. It also combines the characteristics of a watercolor paper and the finish of a drawing sheet, creating a paper that performs for all wet and dry media. It’s the perfect hybrid of two of our most loved papers: 400 Series Toned Sketch and 400 Series Mixed Media. Flip-over covers feature sheets that stay in the pad yet tear out cleanly. These papers are 100% recycled with 30 PCW, are acid-free, and proudly made in the USA. The pads contain 184 lb. (300 gsm) medium-surface paper appropriate for graphite, colored pencils, markers, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, pen and ink, charcoal, gel pens and more.

A smooth surface and light sizing makes this paper a favorite with artists and printmakers working in practically every technique. Mold-made, 100% cotton, acid-free and buffered, the sheets have four deckled edges and a registered watermark. Excellent for all hand-printing processes, lithography, intaglio etching, wood engraving, silkscreen, linocut and collotype. They may also be used for embossing and drawing, though they are not recommended for offset printing.
