Pastel pencils for both fine and commercial artists. Their intense pigmentation provides excellent performance on thin paper and strong color gradations in application. Light-proof, non-toxic, break-resistant, blendable and partially soluble (contours will remain visible). A fixative is recommended on finished pieces.
A new concept for the Pastel market! The pastel adheres so well to this new paper that you don’t need to use a fixative between each layer. You are able to multiply the layers without a saturation effect. Pastelmat brings new opportunities for pastel artists, offering a coarser surface than velour but a softer surface than sand paper. These pads contain 12 sheets of Pastelmat card, including 3 sheets each of Buttercup, Dark Gray, Light Gray, and Maize.
