YUPO Translucent premium synthetic paper is tree-free, offering a bright white, ultra smooth, and dimensionally stable surface with a neutral pH.
Because the surface is slick and non-absorbent, you can achieve non-traditional effects using traditional media, and non-traditional ones as well: acrylic painting, watercolour, alcohol inks, markers, oil pastel, pencil/graphite, silkscreen, monotype and offset.
The 140lb Text (153gsm) paper is translucent allowing light show-through. The effect of watercolor on YUPO Translucent makes for creative applications such as a stained glass effect when displayed in front of a light or window.
It is incredibly strong, won’t stain or tear, can be wiped clean, and in this heavy weight is resistant to warping and buckling. Yupo is also 100% recyclable.
