A new concept for the Pastel market! The pastel adheres so well to this new paper that you don’t need to use a fixative between each layer. You are able to multiply the layers without a saturation effect. Pastelmat brings new opportunities for pastel artists, offering a coarser surface than velour but a softer surface than sand paper. These pads contain 12 sheets of Pastelmat card, including 3 sheets each of Dark Blue, White, Light Green, and Dark Green.

Specifically made for Chinese art techniques, but suitable for all ink work, painting, drawing and calligraphy. Fade-resistant and water re-soluble.
