Acrylic Painting II with Jean Dudley

A continuation of Level 1, each week, while painting a still life, the use of the split primary palette will be practised. Various surfaces and techniques will be explored. Developing your personal visual voice will be encouraged through warm up exercises and creative starters. Critique will be introduced with the aim of developing self-critique skills. Resource material will be provided.
As an adult Jean Dudley has always been involved with various art forms, one leading to another and another. Painting regularly over the last 20 years, she worked strictly in oils until picking up acrylics about 5 years ago. She is presently a member of Artists’ Workshop, a local group, who share studio time weekly as well as hold an annual show and sale. Jean also organizes a Plein Air group throughout the summer which is open to the public. As a lifelong learner, she participates in classes and workshops regularly.
