Sennelier uses only the purest pigments, mixed with minimal amounts of natural binders, in an exclusive formula that yields lightfast, water-soluble pastels. There is just enough binder to hold the pigment together as the pastels are formed by hand, placed in special molds, and allowed to air dry. No fillers or clays are used. Sennelier soft pastels are highly concentrated and so soft that a gentle stroke will deliver a solid, powerful line of brilliant color. Full Sticks are 2½” long × ½” in diameter (64 mm × 13 mm)

This all-surface, water soluble graphite pencil performs and looks like traditional graphite in its dry state. If you run a wet brush over the pencil lines they completely dissolve, and you can brush the liquid graphite throughout your design like paint. Create bold, dark marks or several tonal values with the stroke of a brush. Water adheres the graphite to your paper so you can add color over it and your color stays pure.
