Discover the creative possibilities of handmade books in this hands-on workshop with Cathryn Miller. Students will begin by learning two different methods for folding paper into accordion structures, then use those folds to create four simple book forms, each finished with a different style of protective cover.

By the end of the workshop, students will take home four completed handmade books, along with a class handout, template, and extra pre-cut papers for continued exploration at home.

All paper required for the workshop will be provided and pre-cut. Students will receive a list of tools to bring to class.
