Class Refund Policy
We keep our classes small to create a great experience for everyone. Please review our refund timelines before booking.

Check our refund policy carefully before registering. By booking a class or workshop, you agree to the terms below.
Please understand that class sizes are limited and instructors are scheduled and must be paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class do not allow enough time to fill your spot which is why this policy is in place.
21+ days before class start
Full refund to original form of payment.
14–20 days before class start
Full store credit issued to your customer account.
7–13 days before class start
50 percent store credit issued to your customer account.
Less than 7 days before class start
No refunds or credits will be issued.
All requests must be made within the timeframes above. Requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or credit.
Hues Art Supply will issue a full refund if a class is cancelled.
