Exploring Composition, Contrast and Colour, using Acrylics, Crayons, Collage and Curiosity!
Focussing mainly on process, this course will explore playful ways to approach drawing. painting, and mixed media to build strong compositions and provide helpful problem solving strategies in your art. Starting out with simple shapes and various mark making techniques to create our compositions, we will then add, subtract, build and refine, while gaining confidence in our personal vision
Suitable for both beginner and experienced levels. The goal is primarily to have fun, to become more comfortable with taking creative risks, and to deepen our understanding of fundamental principles of composition and design.
