Adjustable Working Angle: Your creative freedom knows no bounds. Our easel frame’s angle can be easily adjusted from vertical to horizontal by simply loosening and tightening the knobs on both sides. Founded by artist John Hersey, who decided to create the perfect pastel after many years of not finding one that he was happy with. After years of experimenting and perfecting, the Unison Colour soft pastel that you know and love today, was born.
Unison Colour is still to this day, based in the Northumberland National Park in the UK where each year nearly half a million handmade soft pastels are made.
