Hues Artist in Residence 2026
Hues Art Supply invites artists to apply for the 2026 Hues Artist in Residence Program.
Two artists will be selected for a month-long residency in July and August.
Each Artist in Residence will receive exclusive use of the Hues Learning Studio for their residency month at no cost. This dedicated time is intended for focused, independent work and the development of a cohesive body of art.

Blanche Johnston is a professional artist living near Beaver Creek SK. She creates using a variety of media including acrylic, oil, watercolour, and dry media to create layers of smooth and impasto textures on a variety of surfaces and has a separate practice of encaustic painting in the summer months.
