This Sienna Plein Air bundle pairs the Sienna Large Pochade Box with the Sienna Plein Air Tripod, creating a sturdy and versatile painting station with an easel, palette and working area all in one convenient setup.

The Large Pochade Box functions as both an easel and palette. Its adjustable lid allows you to position your painting surface at a comfortable working angle and accommodates painting panels and stretched canvases up to approximately 17" high. The lid can also be positioned completely flat, making the box adaptable for watercolour painting with the appropriate palette accessories.

Inside is a removable 10" x 12" tempered-glass palette, ideal for oils and acrylics. A magnetic brush tray provides additional working space for wet brushes, palette knives and other frequently used tools while you paint. The Large Pochade Box measures approximately 14 3/4" x 11 1/4" x 2 3/4" when closed and weighs approximately 5 lb.

The pochade box mounts securely to Sienna's robust professional-quality tripod. The tripod features four-section quick-lock legs, independently adjustable leg angles for uneven terrain, a precision ballhead and quick-release mounting system. It weighs approximately 3.9 lb (1.7 kg) and is rated to support up to 13.2 lb (6 kg).
