Making Your Mark Diane Larouche Ellard Aug 21-22

Hues Artist in Residence Diane Larouche Ellard leads this two-day workshop for creative practitioners with some experience who want to move past creative blocks and reconnect with a more personal visual language. Drawing from her practice in acrylic painting encaustic and mixed media Diane will guide participants through exercises in drawing collage and mixed media that explore layering repetition covering and revealing.

The focus is on trusting marks allowing process to remain visible and editing with intention rather than self-censorship. This supportive workshop offers space to experiment take risks and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
