Returning an item

Return Policy

At Hues Art Supply Ltd., we want you to love every art supply you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help make it right.

Please Check Your Order Right Away

As soon as your order arrives, please inspect it carefully.

If your item is damaged or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away by email at huesartsupplysaskatoon@gmail.com

or give us a call at 306-653-1900. We’ll arrange to replace or credit any items that are defective or sent in error.


Change of Mind? Ordered the Wrong Item?

Returns for reasons other than damage or error are handled at our discretion, and the following conditions apply:

A 20% restocking and handling fee may be applied. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, don’t worry—just reach out to us. In this case: You’ll be responsible for return shipping.


Returns & Exchanges - What You Need to Know

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as shown on your receipt. Products must be unused and in resalable condition. A receipt is required, and all returns must be approved by our team. For defective products, we offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days.

You can return or exchange items either in-store or online—whichever is more convenient for you.

Important Info About Damaged Shipments

If your package looks damaged when it arrives: Inspect it before signing for delivery. If the damage is obvious, we recommend

refusing the shipment and notifying the carrier right away. If the shipment is accepted and damage is found later, contact the shipping company directly.

Unfortunately, Hues Art Supply Ltd. cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit by the carrier.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the same credit/Debit card used for the original purchase.

Online refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). In-store refunds may take up to 7 days to clear, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Classroom Refund Policy

Refund & Credit Schedule

21 days or more before the class starts A Full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

14 to 20 days before the class starts Receive a full in-store credit to your customer account. You can use this for future classes or purchases.

7 to 13 days before the class starts A 50% in-store credit will be added to your customer account.

Less than 7 days before the class starts Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit at this time. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Hues Art Supply Ltd.
