These multi-purpose journals are ideal for writing, drawing, collage and multi-media. Journals measure 5.9″ x 8.3″ and include 90 pages of lined ivory paper, four pages of Lokta paper and 70 pages of amber kraft paper with a slight tooth. Their hard-cover is made of two silkscreened Lokta paper patterns, with a fold-over flap and Zen bamboo closure with colored thread. Journals are sewn-bound. Manufactured by hand in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal by a certified fair trade workshop. As products are handmade, small variations in color and thickness can occur.

This heavy-weight mixed media paper is available in warm tan, cool gray and steel blue and is toned specifically for use with light and dark media. It also combines the characteristics of a watercolor paper and the finish of a drawing sheet, creating a paper that performs for all wet and dry media. It’s the perfect hybrid of two of our most loved papers: 400 Series Toned Sketch and 400 Series Mixed Media. Flip-over covers feature sheets that stay in the pad yet tear out cleanly. These papers are 100% recycled with 30 PCW, are acid-free, and proudly made in the USA. The pads contain 184 lb.
