Stoneground’s India Red is comprised of iron oxide and hematite, which combine to produce a beautiful, earthy, red-violet colour. India Red is useful in landscapes, portraits, botanicals, and wildlife paintings.
Artist Notes: Combine India Red with Raw Umber to create neutrals with depth and interest. Combine with any blue to create interesting greys and arresting bi-chromatic works.
