A beautiful warm, dark earth, Burnt Sienna Crimson is an indispensable earth colour, useful in a variety of subject matter. The crimson undertone of this earth pigment is wonderful for autumn foliage and grasses, and is a favourite for use in landscape paintings.
Artist Notes: Combine Burnt Sienna Crimson with Ultramarine Blue for a deep, shadowy dark that is perfect for rendering shadows. For a stunning vintage vibe, try a monochromatic painting with Burnt Sienna Crimson.
