Their flexible soft-cover is made of Batik patterned Lokta paper, with a fold-over flap and Zen bamboo closure with colored thread. Each Batik pattern is created with a wooden block print and wax method. Journals are sewn-bound. Manufactured by hand in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal by a certified fair trade workshop. As products are handmade, small variations in color and thickness can occur.
