Anne McElroy has studied at Queen’s University, McMaster University and the University of Saskatchewan. She has her Masters Degrees in Educational Psychology in Counselling and in Fine Art. Her art career has spanned 30 years since her first travelling show with OSAC in 1990. Other galleries, institutions and permanent collections followed. She has taught as a sectional lecturer, instructor, workshop leader, and adjudicator, and mentor. Regardless of subject matter or medium, she has tried to express, in a simple but painterly way, her emotional response to what she sees before her, It is her wish to finely tune her awareness of these moments of connection in an honest interpretation of their meaning to her.
