Canadian painter Greg Hargarten discusses colour theory in a practical and easy to understand manner. He’ll help you harness colour, value and composition to bring more depth to your paintings. Through hands-on exercises and guided instruction, you’ll learn how to create stronger compositions and convey a sense of three-dimensionality.  In this workshop you will:

– Understand the color wheel
– Use the Quiller Wheel to organize your palette
– Get rid of the mud – Using true compliments to mix clean neutrals
– Use color and value to create distance
– Learn how to make colors POP!

This workshop is open to all levels, however it is more suited to intermediate painters.
There will be plenty of one on one instruction with time for positive and encouraging conversation.
