This class runs from April 1st until June 10th on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (10 classes, 20 hours of instruction – No class April 22nd). If this class is full, you may phone us at 306 653 1900 to add your name to the waitlist.
Learning to draw is all about learning to see while having fun. This introductory course will focus on increasing your observational skills and interpreting those observations from your perspective. Still life arrangements will be used as particular drawing skills are practiced and a range of mark-making techniques are developed. Topics covered in this class include line drawing, contour, gesture, value, form, negative space, and perspective. Other topics will be included as individual interest and time permits.
