Arbor Week 2022 – Drawing Outdoors

Arbor Week 2022 is an opportunity for individuals and families to learn the “how to” of planting trees, the benefit of trees and the joy of spending time in them. Our theme for the 2022 Arbor Week is ‘Trees Breathe Life‘. Many events are being offered through this time and Hues Art Supply is happy to announce the following.
May 21st – 12:00 – 2:00 pm Drawing outdoors – bring a sketch book and pens or pencils to draw some trees at Gabriel Dumont Park.
Meet first at Hues Art Supply 1818 Lorne Ave. (11:30 am) to pick up anything you need and to meet Jean Dudley, today’s facilitator.
We will head over to the park and set up to draw some trees.
Event will be canceled if weather is below 10 degrees C or if it’s raining or snowing.
May 28th – 12:00-2:00pm Plein Air Painting – Bring along your supplies to paint the trees and sights at of Gabriel Dumont Park.
